Response Templates

Customers tend to ask about the same 70% of questions, each lending to repetitive tasks for your CS activities. Each operator can set templates to respond in their own specific tone to specific inquiries. Settings location : [ Channel Settings] → [Chats] → [Response Templates]
Two ways to create templates

Through the [Create new template] button you can directly customize your template.
Using a sent message as a template
If you are in the middle of a customer chat, and there is a message which you would like to save as a template, hover your mouse over the message and click the [create template] button.


I would like to download my response templates as an excel file or sort by category.
